restart tumblr?

So a few months ago my tumblr made me change my password but I forgot my password to the email I set it up with.
I’ve only been able to access it via a browser on my mobile and have finally admitted defeat.
This 8 year old blog is coming to an end but you can find me at teeeg-jennifer.tumblr.com
